An off-grid solar power system installed in a 150-square-meter studio reduces monthly electricity consumption to 108 kWh, effectively eliminating usage charges from the local utility provider.4:05 The setup utilizes an EcoFlow Delta Pro power station paired with three 400-watt solar panels.0:56 This configuration provides 3.6 kWh of storage, offering approximately 24 hours of autonomy during periods without solar input.3:37 While the system covers all daily needs—including induction cooking, 3D printing, and power tools—the household maintains a grid connection to ensure power stability during frequent local outages.4:39 Despite zeroing out energy consumption, the utility bill remains at R$ 23.61 due to mandatory infrastructure availability fees.6:31 To minimize demand, the home design incorporates natural ventilation to eliminate air conditioning and utilizes automated lighting, while future plans include solar water heating to replace electric showers.5:35 Calculating average daily consumption by dividing monthly kilowatt-hour usage by 30 days allows for proper system sizing based on desired autonomy.2:54
