Masha installs new plywood flooring and bench components in the cabin of her boat.0:11 She uses a chisel to shape the wood, noting that the original floor panels were thinner than the replacement plywood, which requires sanding to close gaps.8:45 The project includes clearing heavy cables from the work area to accommodate the new layout.10:15 Masha highlights the boat's doghouse, which allows for steering and winch operation from a protected, enclosed position on the upper deck.12:21 She also secures official registration documents from the previous owner, specifically paperwork issued by the State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources, Division of Fish and Wildlife, and a radio station license.5:28 Despite initial difficulties with fitting the thicker plywood and over-sanding one corner, she successfully completes the floor installation.16:21
