A 45-liter VEVOR portable compressor freezer is installed on a sailboat to provide flexible, mobile cold storage.13:38 The unit operates on both 12V and 220V power and features a low-voltage protection system that automatically shuts down the device to prevent battery depletion.13:29 Designed for marine use, the freezer maintains functionality at a heel angle of up to 30 degrees.21:46 The unit measures 69 cm by 35 cm by 46 cm and includes Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone monitoring, an internal LED light, and a removable wire basket.22:19 During testing, the compressor successfully lowered the internal temperature toward a target of -20°C.19:43 The owner chose this portable model over a fixed-installation freezer to avoid permanent structural modifications and to maintain flexibility in placement aboard the vessel.13:18 The installation process includes securing the unit and managing power connections to ensure it remains stable during navigation.
