The crew of the *Blue Horizon* transits from Kefalonia to the Blue Caves on the island of Zakynthos, Greece, during a spring passage. After departing the capital of Agostoli to provision, the crew sails in approximately 6-knot winds while deploying a drone for aerial footage, supported by a chase boat. Upon arrival at the Blue Caves, the crew encounters difficulty anchoring in rocky, gravel-bottom terrain near steep cliffs, requiring three attempts before successfully setting the anchor with 50 meters of chain. The crew explores the surrounding sea caves and cliffs by dinghy and swimming. Compared to previous experiences in Sicily and the Lipari Islands, the crew notes that Greek waters offer more favorable anchoring conditions, less swell, and significantly lower harbor fees. The transition from consistent trade winds to the variable, unpredictable wind patterns of the Mediterranean requires constant adjustment to weather forecasts.
