The project remains in the fairing and priming phase, with the boat currently housed in a damaged tent that complicates workspace management.7:36 Matt and Jessica applied a first coat of white Alexseal finish primer to the master berth and head to visualize the final interior surfaces. The crew noted that the Alexseal primer is significantly thinner than previous products, resulting in initial application runs that required gun calibration adjustments. They plan to use Alexseal’s beige fine filler for remaining surface imperfections, as the color contrast is easier to cover with topcoats than the previously used green filler.
