Locking wire is then threaded through the bolt heads to prevent loosening.7:07

To address a worn propeller shaft causing water ingress, a Speedy Sleeve (part number 99125) is installed over the shaft to provide a fresh sealing surface.10:12 The shaft is inserted into the drive, and the bearing housing is sealed with gasket compound and bolted into place using a cross-pattern to ensure even seating.12:19 The manufacturer recommends replacing the rubber bellows every seven years to maintain watertight integrity.0:58
