The Isle of Dogs Sea Cadet Unit ran its first spinnaker session aboard Quest at the Royal Victoria Docks in light winds.Watch The sails used were asymmetric spinnakers, set with a spinnaker pole extended by a line called the guy.Watch Light conditions made the session well-suited for a first attempt with the sail type.Watch The unit noted that Quest is one of the few cadet vessels rigged for spinnaker work, giving the unit access to training most others cannot replicate at the dock.Watch
