Only 6 Borsaw 40s were built. The design derived from the wooden Owens Cutter and its molds were later sold to Allied Boat Co., where it became the Allied 39.
Derived from the wooden OWENS CUTTER.
Originally built by the Allen Boat Co. of Buffalo NY. Only 6 built under this name. Molds later sold to Allied Boat Co., where with some modifications it became the ALLIED 39.
