The Elan Yachts E6 is a performance-oriented fractional sloop designed by Rob Humphreys and built by Elan Yachts in Slovenia since 2021. It measures 15.3 meters LOA with a 4.5-meter beam and a 2.8-meter draft, displacing 11,250 kg. Elan Yachts constructs its vessels using a vacuum infusion process for hulls, which are then reinforced with a "spider" frame system fully tabbed to the hull, bulkheads, and deck to ensure rigidity for high-load sail plans and deep keels.20:29 The shipyard manufactures its own interior furniture and vacuum-glued solid teak decking in-house.10:56 The E6 is part of Elan's E-series, which focuses on performance, contrasting with their Impression cruising line and GT line.14:24
