The Privilege 585 is a 17.0-meter fractional sloop catamaran designed by Marc Lombard and built by Alliaura Marine from 2002 to 2005. It features a twin keel hull, a 9.2-meter beam, a 1.8-meter draft, and displaces 17,780 kg. Aboard *Sailing Zatara*, a 2006 Privilege 585 named *Zatara* features a galley-down layout in the starboard hull, equipped with a full-size stove, oven, three convertible refrigerators, two dedicated freezers, a dishwasher, and a microwave.12:34 This galley placement keeps cooking heat out of the salon and allows dishes to remain out of sight.3:42 The crew uses 330-watt glue-on solar panels, though these are insufficient for the watermaker without a generator.
