The X Yachts X-37 is a 2004–2010 fractional sloop designed by Niels Jeppesen, built by X Yachts, with an LOA of 11.3 meters, a beam of 3.5 meters, and a displacement of 6399 kg. It features a fin with bulb and spade rudder hull, and was available with a shallow draft of 1.7 meters or a deep draft of 2.3 meters. Aboard SEILmagasinet, Halvor Schøyen and Rune Tønnesen, competing in a 33-foot boat, noted that larger 37-foot vessels like the X-37 were slower to maneuver, particularly when jibing and changing sails, compared to their smaller boat.10:04
