Atalanta J is a 25-meter Feadship motor yacht built in 1957 and currently lying in the south of France.0:01 Originally commissioned for a Rotterdam shipowner, the vessel underwent substantial refits at Doornlemmer in Holland during 2005 and 2007, including a full teak deck replacement and interior redesign by Felix Buntengick.1:10 The yacht features a Thomas Reid windlass, a 3.5-meter Zodiac rib, and an Admiral’s ladder.1:45 Propulsion comes from twin Iveco 200 engines, providing a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 2,700 nautical miles.3:05 Navigation electronics include a 2015 Furuno system.3:42 The interior layout comprises a deck saloon, a lower saloon with a galley, a two-berth crew cabin, and guest accommodations including two twin cabins, one single cabin, and an owner’s stateroom with queen-sized berths.4:26 The vessel is equipped with both air conditioning and heating systems.6:57 The yacht is currently undergoing seasonal maintenance, including planned updates to upholstery and carpets.2:13
