The Lockley-Newport Boats Ln-23 is a fractional sloop with a keel/centerboard hull, designed by Stuart Windley and Harry R. Sindle, and built by Lockley-Newport Boats from 1978 to the present. It measures 7.0 meters LOA, with a 2.4-meter beam, a 1.7-meter draft, and displaces 1224 kg. The model later evolved into the GLOUCESTER 22 and then the CLASSIC 22. A 23-foot Newport was seen anchored at White Cove on Catalina Island, California, during a cruisers' meetup hosted by *KeelDragger*.12:58
