The area serves as a hub for local dive boats, which frequent a nearby site featuring deliberately sunk shipwrecks, an aircraft, and a tank. During the stay, the crew monitors VHF warnings regarding migrant activity in the region. After securing the boat with three lines to the buoy, the crew explores the town of Kas, including its ancient water systems, rock-cut tombs, and surrounding agricultural valleys filled with polytunnel greenhouses. The crew plans to depart for Finike before eventually plotting a 16-hour passage to Rhodes.
