Cosa tratta questo video

Florida is considering significant changes to state-wide anchoring regulations, including a proposed 30-day limit in densely populated counties and a mandatory permit system for vessels anchored longer than 14 days. These measures follow the implementation of a 45-day anchoring ordinance in Broward County’s North and South Lakes, which aims to balance cruiser access with the removal of derelict vessels. Advocacy groups including BoatUS, the Great American Loop Cruisers Association, and the Seven Seas Cruising Association oppose blanket restrictions, arguing that existing laws against pollution and abandoned vessels should be enforced instead. Separately, the tourist submarine Sinbad sank off the coast of Hurghada, Egypt, on March 27, 2025, while boarding passengers. The vessel, which was engineered in Finland and had operated for 25 years, sank in shallow water, resulting in six fatalities among the 50 people on board. Egyptian authorities are currently investigating whether the submarine struck a coral reef or suffered a mechanical failure during the boarding process.
