Cosa tratta questo video

Returning to their boat in Luperón, Dominican Republic, in December, the crew of Wildly Intrepid Sailing begins a series of refit projects while managing life aboard with two children. To prevent pest infestations during their absence, the owners previously deployed cockroach poison, which successfully limited the presence of insects upon their return.4:20 The primary interior project involves refinishing the galley countertops using epoxy embedded with sand collected from the Ragged Islands in the Bahamas.13:04 Alex removes the galley sink by heating the edges to break the sealant grip after unscrewing the rusted mounting nuts from the underside.9:33 While the sink is removed and the countertops cure, the family relies on eating at local restaurants and washing dishes in a portable bin.10:46 The crew also attempts to free a stuck food storage compartment door that became bonded during the epoxy process.17:31
