Nate installs a Flatline nudge bar on a Ford Transit campervan to provide a mounting point for auxiliary lighting.0:05 The process begins by removing the license plate and its plastic mount, followed by cleaning the bumper area.0:34 Using a 13mm socket, Nate removes two existing bolts from the front bumper to prepare for the bar installation.0:46 The assembly requires two plate spacers, two washers, and two hex head screws, all secured with Loctite.0:59 The nudge bar mounts over the spacers, with the spacer nubs seating into the bumper.1:14 A lower front plate attaches to the nudge bar using four quarter-by-20 three-quarter-inch button head screws.2:03 To secure the bottom of the assembly, Nate removes two splash guard bolts with a 10mm socket, applies Loctite, and reinstalls them through the new plate.1:50 The license plate mounts to the front of the bar using the remaining hardware.3:00 The entire installation takes 29 minutes.3:14
