Yacht Zen Again cruised the Chesapeake Bay during the 2024 season, traveling north from Norfolk to Annapolis with stops in Matthews, Reedville, and Solomons Island.4:51 Unfavorable weather conditions throughout the week necessitated frequent motoring and motor-sailing. The crew spent one week in Annapolis, visiting the US Naval Academy during the conclusion of Plebe summer and mooring near the Spar Creek Bridge. A day sail on a 32-foot yacht provided a final excursion before the return trip south. The return journey included stops at Solomons Island and Carters Creek. Upon reaching the Deltaville Yachting Centre, the crew hauled out Yacht Zen Again for winter storage. The haul-out process utilized warps for maneuvering rather than the engine. After cleaning the hull and securing the vessel on the hard stand, the crew traveled to Matthews and Reston, Virginia, to prepare for travel to Portugal.
