O que este vídeo aborda

Lauren Landers performs multiple maintenance projects on her 30-year-old boat while hosting family in the North Abacos. To access the freezer compressor, she removes the watermaker membrane and fridge compressor after water ingress caused a failure.1:04 She also addresses a recurring shaft seal leak, which forces a nine-mile return to Walker's marina for troubleshooting.12:21 During the same period, she installs a new UV water filtration system, requiring custom wiring and routing hoses through the bilge.16:20 The project involves converting DC lines to accommodate the system's power requirements.14:38 While anchored, the crew experiences further mechanical setbacks, including a propeller throwing a blade, which necessitates skipping planned island stops.20:09 Despite the maintenance workload, the crew spends time fishing and diving in the area.7:40 The experience highlights the difficulty of balancing boat repairs with personal time.
