What this video covers

The crew of the 4-year liveaboard vessel *Zephyr* completes a circumnavigation of Grand Bahama and the Abacos after a 50-nautical-mile passage from West End to Great Sail Cay. The transit across the Grand Bahama bank takes nine hours, with the crew motor-sailing half the distance in 12 knots of wind to average 5.5 knots. Before departing West End, the crew anchors in a protected basin near an abandoned development project to collect a guest. The stop includes a visit to the Coral Vita coral restoration farm, where the crew observes micro-fragmentation techniques used to rehabilitate local reefs. Onboard, the crew manages fuel reserves using high-quality jerry cans purchased in St. Martin, noting that these containers have remained durable after five years of use. The vessel is currently anchored in 8 feet of water at the northwestern corner of Great Sail Cay, with plans to continue toward Allen's Pensacola.
