What this video covers
Bobby White and guest Amanda Zachary discuss her role as a recurring on-camera presence for the Sailing Doodles YouTube channel, specifically whether she objects to being featured in bikini thumbnails as a deliberate clickbait strategy.1:23 Amanda says she does not object, calls it fun, and pushes back on viewer comments accusing Bobby of exploiting female guests, arguing that anyone appearing on the channel understands the formula.6:15 Bobby explains that videos without an attractive thumbnail perform significantly worse, and that he decided early on against nudity despite some viewer requests.4:06 The conversation also covers a same-day coastal run from Little Farmer's Key to Georgetown — roughly 30 miles, 27 of them on the inside passage between barrier islands — aboard a planing powerboat drawing 2.5 feet.11:29 The crew timed departure for slack tide to clear a current-swept marina with no bow thruster, then ran the shallow inside route at 10–11 knots instead of the boat's normal 17–20 knots due to rough outside conditions.13:01 Side topics include YouTube collab strategy, Patreon uncut video access, a Palm Beach storage unit holding paddle boards and scuba gear, and cigar smoking habits.31:59
