The Elba 45 is a 13.4-meter fractional sloop catamaran designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design and built by Fountaine Pajot from 2019 to 2025. It features a twin keel hull, a 7.5-meter beam, a 1.2-meter draft, and displaces 14,000 kg. The model can be equipped with optional twin 50hp Volvo engines and is available with Smart Electric power.0:51 Its main sail area is 75 square meters, and its genoa sail area is 49 square meters. Aboard *Sailing Doodles*, a 2023 Elba 45 chartered through Sailogy.com in the British Virgin Islands demonstrated speeds over seven knots in 10-knot winds during a four-mile downwind sail.2:29 The Elba 45 is often chartered for week-long cruises, with crews utilizing its hydraulic dinghy lift and electric winches for simplified sail handling and dinghy deployment. The model typically features a four-cabin layout with wet heads and a flybridge helm station. *Sailing Doodles* noted the Elba 45's comfort for liveaboard cruising compared to the Leopard 45.8:22
