The Leopard 45 is a 13.7-meter catamaran designed by Simonis-Voogd and built by Robertson and Caine from 2016 to 2024, featuring a fractional sloop rig with a rotating spar and a twin keel hull. It displaces 14,900 kg, has a 7.4-meter beam, and a 1.5-meter draft. The model offers 3 or 4 cabins, 3 or 4 heads, and 4 or 5 showers. Aboard *Sailing Wind Therapy*, owners Jeff and Adrienne converted a former charter Leopard 45 into a liveaboard, adding a Raymarine Quantum Doppler radar, upgrading the helm MFD to a 12-inch Raymarine, and increasing solar capacity from 200 watts to 1,600 watts with a new arch.1:22 They replaced lead-acid batteries with lithium, installed a Strataglass cockpit enclosure, and added security features like motion-activated pirate lights and Ring doorbells.7:27 The crew replaced the factory Delta 55 anchor with a Rocna 73.
