The Kraken Yachts 50 (DIBLEY) is a 15.2-meter Solent-rigged cruiser designed by Kevin Dibley and built by Kraken Yachts since 2021. It has a fin keel with a rudder on a skeg, a 4.5-meter beam, a 2.3-meter draft, and displaces 18,249 kg. Kraken Yachts designs its blue-water cruisers with a Zero Keel, which is molded integrally with the hull to eliminate keel bolts, and an Alpha Rudder system, which uses a full-length skeg reinforced with an internal stainless steel beam.4:54 The Alpha Rudder's three bearings include a main Jepha needle roller bearing accessible from inside the vessel for maintenance without hauling.8:11 Aboard *Sailing Millennial Falcon*, Adam and Khiara toured a Kraken 50 in Turkey, noting an island berth with fold-down side supports, automatic interior cupboard lighting, and book-matched wood veneer panels.14:31 They prepared for a 500-mile test sail around the Sea of Marmara to evaluate its performance.15:40
