The Najad Yachts 505 is a 15.3-meter fractional sloop designed by Judel, Vrolijk, Co. and built by Najad Yachts since 2007. It features a fin with bulb and spade rudder hull, a 2.5-meter draft, and a displacement of 18,899 kg. Aboard SIGAL, a Najad 505 in Palma de Mallorca, the yacht is equipped with a carbon fiber Nordic Spar mast and in-boom furling for its UK sails Millennium mainsail.2:21 Deck hardware includes six electric Andersen winches, a Furlex 400 TD furling system for the Genoa, and a 40kg stainless steel Delta anchor.1:48 The cockpit features a 9-inch Furuno multifunction display and controls for bow and stern thrusters.4:02 SIGAL's interior, redesigned by Rhodes Young, includes a custom VIP forward cabin and wenge flooring with mahogany woodwork in the saloon.5:31 Power comes from a 110-horsepower Volvo Penta D3 engine, and a 6KVA Mastervolt generator provides auxiliary power.11:35 The yacht carries 840 liters of freshwater and 714 liters of fuel.10:43
