The Menger Cat 23's displacement increased from 5,500 lbs in early hulls to 6,500 lbs by 1999; later (2006) it was called the Thom Cat 23 and built by Thompson Boatworks.
Early hulls reportedly displaced 5,500 lbs; by 1999 Menger Boat Works listed displacement as 6,500 lbs. Later (2006) built by Thompson Boatworks as the Thom Cat 23.
