The Panda 40 is a Robert H. Perry-designed cutter-rigged sailboat with a long keel, built by Ta Shing Yacht Building Ltd. from 1983 to the present. It measures 12.2 meters LOA, with a 3.9-meter beam, 1.8-meter draft, and displaces 13,154 kg. A pilothouse variant, the Panda 40PH, is also available. The design is similar to the Baba 40 and Tashiba 40.11:10
