The Solaris 40 is a fractional sloop designed by Javier Soto Acebal and built by Solaris Yachts in Italy from 2021.0:40 It measures 12.4 meters LOA with a 4.1-meter beam, a 2.4-meter draft, and displaces 9850 kg. The hull features a fin with a bulb and dual rudders. The Solaris 40 was showcased at the 61st Salone Nautico di Genova in 2021, where its cockpit layout, featuring helm stations spanning the full beam, was noted.1:41 It is available with either a 50 hp or 60 hp engine and offers an optional shallow keel reducing the draft to 2.0 meters. Standard sail area includes a 57 m2 main and a 43 m2 genoa.
