The Voyage Yachts 440 is a 13.3-meter fractional sloop catamaran designed by Simonis - Voogd and built by Voyage Yachts from 2001 to 2004. It has a 7.7-meter beam, a 1.2-meter draft, and displaces 9184 kg. Aboard *Sailing Supernova*, a Voyage 440 served as a training vessel for an International Yacht Training commercial captain’s license, where the crew practiced solo docking, mooring ball pickups, and man-overboard drills.15:01 The training emphasized maneuvering in tight, shallow dock spaces and navigating with paper charts.12:31 The crew also installed magnetic mosquito netting on the saloon doors.16:11
