The Rs FEVA is a 3.6-meter fractional sloop dinghy designed by Paul Handley and built by RS Racing and RS Sailing since 2002. It has a daggerboard hull, a 1.4-meter beam, a 0.9-meter draft, and displaces 63 kg. The model is available in two versions, the RS FEVA S and the RS FEVA XL, with the XL version commonly used in competition. Its mainsail area is 5.3 m² for the S rig and 6.3 m² for the XL rig, with a 2.0 m² jib and a 6.8 m² spinnaker.
