The Leopard 47 is a fractional sloop catamaran designed by Morrelli and Melvin, built by Robertson and Caine since 2002. It measures 14.3 meters LOA with a 7.4-meter beam and a 1.3-meter draft, displacing 10,169 kg. This model is also known as the Moorings 4700 when configured for charter use. A similar model, the Leopard 45, features 50-horsepower engines with shaft drives positioned forward of the hatches, which keeps machinery clear of cockpit access for maintenance.2:52
