To address poor drainage in a flat-bottomed rectangular galley sink, the crew shimmed the unit with PVC to create a slope toward the drain. Other oversights include a lack of dedicated fan mounting points in the salon, an undersized closet pull-down bar, and an improperly placed electrical outlet behind the liquor locker that requires the locker to remain open during use. The crew also notes the risks of reusing old electrical breakers, which have become loose and unreliable.
