Ce que couvre cette vidéo
The 22-lb AnchorPlex anchor features a modular, flat-plate design that allows for complete disassembly by removing a single rear shackle, facilitating storage in tight spaces or under a bunk.0:22 In testing, the anchor demonstrated excellent self-launching capabilities on a standard bow roller but required significant force to lock into a stable, wedged position.3:30 Performance in varied seabeds proved inconsistent; while it excelled in soft mud at Scow Bay—matching the performance of top-tier non-pivoting fluke anchors—it struggled in cobble and sandy mud, where it frequently popped out or failed to reset reliably.10:13 Structural integrity concerns emerged during testing, as the stainless steel roll bar bent under high loads in soft mud, though it remained easily correctable by hand.11:00 The anchor’s overall holding power closely mirrors that of a genuine Bruce, ranking in the middle of the pack for its weight class.15:34 Simple construction contributes to a favorable price point, though the lack of reinforced fluke geometry leaves the toe vulnerable to bending.16:01
