Markus and Mathias Berthet report from day three of racing at Kieler Woche, the major regatta held in Kiel, Germany. The day brought heavy, gusty conditions — 15 degrees Celsius, rain, and strong squalls — forcing race officials to send the fleet out, recall it to shore, send it out again, and then abandon racing after roughly 15 minutes on the water.
