O que este vídeo aborda
The crew of the 45-foot sailboat Plan C spent a weekend off Florida’s Treasure Coast harvesting scallops and deep-sea fishing. To collect five gallons of scallops, the team snorkeled at various offshore spots, using a three-person assembly line to scrape, vacuum, and clean the catch.▶ 7:07 For fishing, the crew departed 16 to 18 miles offshore to target snapper and hogfish at a depth of 33 feet, using pinfish as bait and switching to circle hooks without weights during slack tide.▶ 13:30 They also landed several sharks while fishing.▶ 19:23 The weekend concluded with a surface-supplied dive at Richardson Reef using a Gator Gill hookah rig, which allows two divers to reach depths of 20 feet.▶ 22:59 An approaching squall forced the crew to cut the final dive short and return to the harbor.▶ 24:18 The team utilized a GoPro to document the activities, including a recovery of the camera after it fell overboard during a bait-trap retrieval.▶ 10:30
