Design & history

The Flying Fifteen, designed by Uffa Fox, has been progressively modernized over the years with hull tolerances tightened from +/-25mm to +/-7mm. Older boats with sail numbers below 2700 are known as Classics and remain race-legal.

Class · Active international one-design class racing; Flying Fifteen International governs the class. Classics are grandfathered in and race legal.
