What the fleet has seen

The Gulfstar Yachts 37, as the fleet has seen it

Derived from the videos the fleet has analysed of this model. ▶ marks open the moment aboard.

The Gulfstar Yachts 37 is a masthead sloop designed by Vince Lazzara and built by Gulfstar Yachts from 1976 to 1979. It has a fin keel with a rudder on skeg, measures 11.3 meters LOA, 3.6 meters beam, 1.4 meters draft, and displaces 8845 kg. Early production models of the Gulfstar 37, particularly those built before 1977, exhibit fiberglass delamination and structural weaknesses that make them unsuitable for offshore cruising.2:50 These early models lack the structural integrity required for demanding conditions.3:07
