One of the last O'Day models built before the parent company closed in 1989. Molds were later purchased by Cal/Pearson and eventually moved to Japan.

Parent company closed in 1989. A few more were built when molds were purchased during the short-lived Cal/Pearson revival. Molds then apparently went to Japan where another O'Day affiliate existed.
