A sailing group's 2023 San Juan Islands cruise opens with a taco bar dinner prepared aboard one of the fleet's boats.Watch Kate, the cook, describes three proteins: shrimp in a garlic, wine, cilantro, and butter sauce; bison with Mexican seasonings; and Impossible Burger loaded with beans and spices.
