Ce que couvre cette vidéo

The crew of the wooden sailboat Yabá replaces the galley countertops and installs cane webbing on cupboard doors as part of an interior refit.3:45 The previous epoxy-coated marine-grade plywood countertops proved too porous and difficult to clean, prompting a switch to 10mm marine-grade plywood topped with heat-resistant porcelain.7:31 The team removes the modular galley components, traces the existing countertop templates onto new plywood, and prepares the pieces for professional stone cutting and bonding.7:59 Additionally, the crew finishes tiling the head and shower area.2:20 To install the cane webbing, the material is soaked for 20 minutes to soften it before being stretched and secured to the cupboard doors.4:57 Work is temporarily halted when low tide causes the boat to list significantly in the river, complicating precision tasks.13:34 The project aims to finalize the galley transformation before Christmas.14:10
