Cosa tratta questo video

Mads and Ava prepare their 44-foot Antares Yachts 44 catamaran for a transit to North Carolina by completing a series of refit tasks. To meet insurance requirements, they remove the propane-fueled stove and oven. They construct a temporary sleeping platform using 2x4s and wooden slats to replace a settee table, as the aft cabins remain unusable due to mold and fiberglass debris. Ava recovers and repurposes existing mooring lines found in a forward locker.

The crew installs a new head, plumbing it with new hose pulled through the hull using the old line as a messenger. Mads configures a basic NMEA 2000 network using Garmin components, including a depth sounder and Maretron TMP100 temperature modules to monitor engine exhaust gas temperatures. While the network functions, configuration requires a Windows-based laptop to run Maretron’s N2K Analyzer software. The boat is scheduled for a crane launch in approximately ten days, pending coordination with the yard owner.
