The Carter 37 (1 TON) is a 1973 Dick Carter-designed masthead sloop with a fin keel and skeg-hung rudder, built by Olympic Yachts in Greece. It measures 11.3 m LOA, 3.6 m beam, 1.9 m draft, and displaces 6940 kg. This model is a production version of the 1973 IOR One Ton Cup winner 'YDRA', featuring an extended wedge-shaped coach roof and a fitted interior. It was designed to the IOR MkIII One Ton class (27.5').13:34 Lin Pardey served as foredeck captain on a Carter 37 during a full English race season.13:45
