The Avance Yachts 245 is a Peter Norlin-designed fractional sloop with a fin keel and transom-hung rudder, built by AB Oja Batar and Avance Yachts since 1972. It measures 7.5 m LOA, with a 2.5 m beam, 1.4 m draft, and 1750 kg displacement. The model was referenced during a five-day European Boat of the Year test in Spain, which evaluated 16 of 17 entered boats.
