The LaserPerformance 49er is a 4.9-meter high-performance skiff designed by Julian Bethwaite and built by LaserPerformance since 1999. This fractional sloop, centerboard dinghy has been an Olympic class since 2002. Its beam measures 1.9 meters, expanding to 5.58 feet with wings removed, and it displaces 122 kg.
