Becoming a Founding Sailor is optional and helps fund the work. It is a one-time payment — the price is shown before you pay, at checkout, and billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing recurring: you pay once, and your founding place is permanent — for as long as the light burns.

If you change your mind, write to hello@sailing.directory within 30 days of joining and we will refund you in full. Because it is a one-time payment there is nothing to cancel and no future charge — after that window your founding place simply stays yours. We never sell your membership data.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use. These terms may change; continued use after changes is acceptance.
