The Bavaria Yachts CRUISER 41 is a 12.3-meter fractional sloop designed by Farr Yacht Design and built by Bavaria Yachts since 2012. It features a fin with bulb and spade rudder hull, a 2.0-meter draft, and displaces 8679 kg.12:39 Bavaria Yachts, founded in 1978, became a high-volume builder using industrial production methods, but faced corporate challenges including a 2018 bankruptcy filing.4:30 Its U.S. dealer also filed for bankruptcy in 2016, alleging insufficient warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and significant leaks in U.S.-delivered boats.6:26 The CRUISER 41 offers spacious interiors, in-mast furling, and a fold-down transom.10:53
