What the fleet has seen

The C&C Yachts 25, as the fleet has seen it

Derived from the videos the fleet has analysed of this model. ▶ marks open the moment aboard.

The C&C Yachts 25 is a masthead sloop designed by C&C and built by C&C Yachts from 1973 until 1982, when it was replaced by the C&C 25 MKII, a completely new design. It has a fin keel with a transom-hung rudder, measures 7.7 meters LOA with a 2.6-meter beam, 1.1-meter draft, and displaces 1950 kg. C&C Yachts built a reputation for performance-oriented production sailboats using balsa-cored hulls to increase stiffness and reduce weight in models like the C&C Yachts 27 MK I and C&C Yachts 35-1(REDWING 35).8:05 Solo ocean sailor John Stone advocates for smaller, classic boats with encapsulated keels, noting their approachability and ease of maintenance compared to modern, high-tech production boats.1:58
