The Com-Pac Yachts 16 is a fractional sloop designed by Clark Mills, first built in 1972 by Hutchins Co. and still in production. It features a fin keel with a transom-hung rudder, measures 4.9 meters LOA with a 1.8-meter beam, draws 0.5 meters, and displaces 499 kg.
