After sailing more than 200 miles down the Gulf of Thailand, the crew of an Island SPIRIT 525 catamaran anchored at Koh Tao.▶ 0:12 Before snorkelling, the owner repaired a malfunctioning air conditioning unit by clearing a blockage in the raw water intake line between the seacock and the strainer.▶ 1:18 The repair required closing the seacock and disconnecting the inlet hose to remove debris.▶ 1:58 Following the fix, the crew used a Highfield dinghy to reach shore for lunch and later returned to town via taxi.▶ 5:56 The owner noted that while scooters are the preferred, affordable transport on the island, taxis remain a more expensive alternative.▶ 10:52 The crew spent the day snorkelling, relaxing on a floating dock, and dining at beachside restaurants.
