What this video covers

Steve and Robin prepare the wooden boat Arabella for upcoming summer cruises by installing deck hardware and training for physical demands. To secure the vessel for offshore conditions, they install hinges and tie-downs on the aft hatch and forehatch, and mount new, beefier oarlocks on their tender, Victoria.16:31 Steve uses plastic cutting boards as temporary mounting plates for navigation gear, noting they will serve until he can fabricate and paint permanent wooden versions.13:53 To prepare for climbing and physical tasks, the pair uses a Pitch6 force board to measure their maximum pull power and critical force endurance.3:03 Steve demonstrates higher explosive power, while Robin shows greater muscular endurance during sustained hangs.7:32 The crew organizes fasteners for upcoming work sessions, sorting hardware into labeled containers to streamline installation for visiting helpers.18:25
